Hi This Garbutt family is (I think) part of my family.

My grandmother was Mary Garbutt, her father was Henry Garbutt, - brother of Ellen (who married Thos White in 1863 at Wigan Partish Church)

Henry and Ellen's parents were Alice Gregory (b1816 in Blackrod ) and Edward Garbutt b. 1814 Arkengarthdale Swaledale They married about 1835

I have lots of info. on the family if you want to get in touch - but these Garbutts are from Yorks. and later living in Lancashire.
