My gr gr gr grandmother was Emeline Mark. She married Smallwood Thompson in 1828 in Frederick, Maryland. I have been searching for her parents for more than 15 years. My guess is that she is related to brothers Nimrod and Lemuel Mark, but I do not know how. She was about 2 years older than Nimrod and about 4 years older than Lemuel, but it appears they were not siblings.
Anything you might have in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
