Hello, Lori--I, too, am researching William Frazor and his son Thomas H. Frazor. They are ancestors of my son-in-law. I've also been thinking that William and James are brothers, judging by their land deeds and birth dates. You mention that there is a "great obituary in the newspaper" for William.
