Dixie, I don't know much about this family but was researching the Yates family who briefly resided in the Puget Sound in Washington state. Stanley Yates was a teacher and married Zeta Constance Loveday Forrest while studying abroad in England. I believe this is the same Zeta (or Leta) Forrest (b. 21 Feb 1893) who was a daughter of Ada Harris and Edmund Forrest, and they had another daughter named Winifred Jessie (b. 26 Apr 1894). Zeta's husband died young, she stayed out here in Washington for a while, but later moved to New Haven, Connecticut, by the 1940's. There are ship manifests on Ancestry for Winifred and her daughter Gillian traveling to New Haven to vist. I also found a CT death record for both sisters - Winifred on 26 May 1986 and Zeta on 24 Feb 1976. I think Gillian may have passed away also. There is another CT death record for a "Gilliam M. Fourest Akel" who died 19 Jul 1994. The ages match even if Forrest is mispelled. It's unclear from the index, she was divorced from a Mr. Adel or Akel. I have no further info on this family but you can take a look at my tree on Ancestry "Turn-of-the-Century Bainbridge Island." Hope this helps.
