The cemetery foreman who handles the Center Cemetery where most, if not all, of the Forbes from East Hartford are buried is: John Moreau and his number is: 860-528-4046. He would atleast be able to tell you whether or not Charles Forbes is there and possibly give you other information as well. Keep me posted if it works out as it could help me down the road too.
