My Finnigan relatives (my grand parents) were in Norbury, South London. Then when my father came to America, I have no idea where he landed. I just know he came when he was a small child, and was in southern California most of his life. He had the career of police officer for the Los Angeles County Sheriff, he was a deputy. He retired as a homicide detective.
