I have a Mary Ellis b:? who married @1770 to John (Henry?) Lovelady their daughter was Sarah(Sally?)Lovelady b:1789/1800 S.C., I think these two(MaryJohn also had a daughter named Nancy ?, I DO KNOW, from court records (Smith County TN.) that they had moved to TN. and that they took an orphaned child on named: Jesse Parker, and John's will was probated in Smith County TN. there are a few more court records on John my Shrum's as SARAH Daughter of Mary Ellis John Lovelady married my gr.gr.gr.grandpa Peter Shrum,son of Nicholas Shrum (Pioneer of N.C.) any help is appreciated !
