Well I'm distantly related to your husband. I only have records relating to Elizabeth Slaughter b. 1833 who married William Smith in 1851... nothing else. I am descended from Fredrick Slaughter (1843-1904)-Elizabeth's little brother. I have a little information on William and Charlotte which I'm happy to share with you (pcsyd@hotmail.com). Both are buried in Geelong Eastern Cemetery, William in 1855 and Charlotte in 1869 but you may already have this info?
