Her father is identified as Edmund Dunphy b. 1850 Calgorie, New Brunswick, d. 1929; mother identified as Amanda Rice b. 13 August 1855 in Calais, Maine . Edmund Dunphy's father is identified as George Dunphy of New Brunswick (no dates), mother identified as Louise White.
