I found some info on Genforum about how land was bought by Jacob Deckard in 1913 and some land was sold to Bush International Airport. There are ciy council meeting notes from March 27th, 2001. Item 16 is an Immenent Domain Proceding vs Unknown Heirs of Jacob Deckard. Let me know if you can find anything else.
