Never mind. I went back through my records and found references to the records for this man from the estate of Benjamin Sneed of Caroline County, VA. I think there is still a gap in the identification of this man as the one in the 1792/8? will of Robert Daniel of Shelby County, KY that could be plugged by tracing the land left to Thomas is his will. There are just too many Thomas' in this bunch.

The identification of the Thomas Daniel who was in Shelby County, KY in 1803 as the husband of Mary Sneed and son-in-law of Benjamin Sneed of Caroline County, VA is solid. Just not quite convinced it is the same as the Thomas of the will.

Pretty good evidence tying this bunch of Shelby County, KY Daniels to Caroline County, VA, though! REALLY need a DNA test on this bunch.
