The Sons of Ottar (MacOttars - same as Ottarson in Norway & Sweden) were in Dublin, Waterford, Cork, Wexford & Limerick (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cotter_family) though they are more commonly associated with Co. Cork these days. Descendants will be found in other Counties, though not in the same numbers.
