GINN, Cora Frances 88, passed away Monday November 5, 2012 at Vancrest of Urbana, Ohio.

She was born January 15, 1924 to parents Phoeba (Applegate) and Charles Corns in Lewis County, Kentucky.
There, she was educated in a one-room schoolhouse.

She endured the loss of her parents and siblings; Harlen, Nell, Willard, Bessie, Roy, Bernice, and Raymond.

She was a beloved mother and grandmother best known for her singing, songwriting, cooking--especially spice cake with caramel icing--and sewing doll dresses.

She worked for many years at the Yellow Springs Laundromat, Yellow Springs, Ohio.
She is survived by her children; Jarrell (Sally) Ginn, of North Hampton, Linda (Lawrence) Dooley, Harry F. Ginn, and Jack Ginn, all of Springfield, Ohio; seven grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 in the JONES-KENNEY- ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating.
Friends may call from 1:00PM until the time of services. Burial will follow in Newcomers Cemetery.
