Linda, can you prove that Willis Jackson Cope's family came from Pennsylvania to Kentucky? I would be very interested to know where that proof exists as, if memory serves me correctly, Willis Jackson Cope is the son of William Cope and Malinda Waggoner Cope and the grandson of Martin Cope and Catey Zacharice. Willis Jackson Cope is a brother of Washington D. Cope, my great great grandfather. I have suspected they came from Pennsylvania but I have not been able to find that necessary proof.

There is a Cope DNA project and it would be wonderful if you could find a male Cope to join.
