Thanks for your reply. You've provided a possibility for this Cooley/Warren match.

Sarah Jane Warren was b ca 1820 prob in OH, as her older brother was born in OH ca 1815 after their parents had migrated there (some of this is still being proved, but very likely). Do you have any other places where your David Cooley lived in OH or approx. date of marriage - her age, etc?

I have no other dates for her and no other info except I have a picture of her, and it's identified as "Sarah Warren, who married a Mr. Cooley." The notation was written by a great nephew of Sarah Warren.

I will be at the genealogical library tomorrow and will try to check the census for them, among my other research.
