I am looking into my deceased husbands family, which he knew nothing about. His mother died before I could find out anything as well.
Cornelia Emily Conn was born between 1858-1866, she bears the date of Jan 1866 on most of the stuff that I have found. Some people have her parents as Charles Conn and Christina, but that is all the further they go with this. I have looked into the census records (only 2) of 1860 and 1870 in Pittsburg, Allegheny Co. PA but the kicker is that the name of Cornelia disappears and a girl by the name of Lillie appears (same person??? same year as Cornelia) So do they nickname this child Lillie as a 12 year old in 1870? Did Christina lose a child??? Hum. Well I am stuck for sure can not find out anything more on these people. Charles was born in 1825 PA and died in 1875 Pittsburg, PA. Can not find anything on Christina not even a death for her. I have found the 2 marriages for Cornelia and data doesn't match up to what it should be is all. So either she divorced Charles Harding and married Charles Donaldson Curry or something is amidst here in WA. I have a gravestone picture of Cornelia's and her son Dewitt Dewey Harding (Curry by the stone name) b. 1882 d. 1910.
By some freak of nature does anyone know anything about this CONN family? I would greatly appreciate any help!
