My family is also Catanzaro, and they came from Alcamo, Sicily. Though none of the names that you have listed are known to me, there must be a connection, probably back in Alcamo.
My Catanzaro ancestor (Gaspare, b 1886 in Alcamo) also settled in Michigan.
