In the interest of the people on this board that have helped and advised, I want to tell you my dna is almost finished and appears I will be a group "N". I have one perfect match with a descendant of my ggg grandfather William Butler b. abt 1775. I have made contact with the two who have 1 marker removed. Evidence is building for a common ancester. My perfect match has written a book that I do not have a copy of yet. It appears I am looking for the William, son of James, who was born 1699 Berwick Maine, d. 1757 Chesterfield, Va. This William b. abt 1741 Va. and d. Worchester, Md. James also had a son, Zachariah, Elbert, Ga. Rev. war, whom much has been written. This board has also helped identify and eliminate a potential relative. Thank you all, I will continue to monitor and help if I can.
