Surnames: Buck, Jenks, Woolsey
Thanks for posting all this information. I can fill in a few of the pieces on Willis' pedigree and add some mysteries of my own. He was the son of David Daniel Buck b abt 1826 and Alvira or Almira Jenks b. 1832. David Buck was born in New York but migrated to LaGrange County Ind. with his parents Enoch Buck b abt 1801 and Betsey Pettigrove 1806-1873. (His sister Alice Susan Buck Woolsey is my gg grandmother)

David is last seen in the 1870 census. He is employed as a miller and owns his property worth $8500. By 1880, Almira is working as a seamstress, living with her mother Lucy and still listing herself as married. David is not listed. Willis has gone to live with David's sister. I have no idea what happened.
