This is my line. I have a family website with wills and info on this family if you would like an invitation. I am descended from William Broom of Fairfield County, SC through his son John Broom who moved to Mississippi. William's father is Charles Broom who moved from Wake County, NC to Fairfield County, SC when William was a little boy. I believe Charles' middle name to be Dargan. Charles' will names William as his oldest son, and William's will names John as his son. John's will names his children with Hardy, my great great grandfather, as one of them. My family has lived on Hardy's land ever since. His grave was just accross a field from where I lived as a child. Let me know if I can be of any help with this.
