Looking at your info just there, I do not have info Daniel at all apart from birth and and death so that is a new line for me.

John Joseph Brick (1878-1959) who lived in the Cheviot area is also apparently related to your Bricks as well, he was the first line of Brick's I followed in NZ and spoke to a descendant about 4 years ago or so about it. She gave me a family tree of their line.

It's possible cousins came out from Ireland. I was looking at some stories on papers past and there was mention of an older Brick living in the same area as your Bricks so I think its possible it was an uncles or something. I can't remember if I looked into that or not.
