I have just logged on to the Bowry Message Board for the first time and was really interested in your postings.My 3xgreat grandmother was Elizabeth Bowry, one of the 13 children of Francis and Mary Bowry of Malden. I have various information which might be of interest to you, including photographs of the family vault in Malden Churchyard. I have as yet had no luck in finding the marriages of Francis and Catherine or Francis and Mary, or indeed anything about these wives, but haven't given up hope. As I live in the south of England the Surrey Record Office is not too far away, and a trip there is on my "to do" list for next year. Drop me an email if you'd like to know more.
