I was replying to Pauline Well's posting to me, but if you'd like records for the Bowen line that came from Bristol Parish to Brunswick Co, VA then on to Lunenburg and Mecklenburg Co, VA, I'll be glad to send it to you. Actually you can find it all at http://www.geocities.com/fcullom/ There's a search engine that will help on the opening page. If you have trouble finding the Bowen you're looking for, let me know. I have not tried to trace all these lines down. These are just the earliest records. But if you can trace your line back to one of them, you'll have the records from that ancestor back. To download any of the scanned records or maps or other graphics, right click and select Save Image/Picture As. You can then enlarge it. You will not find this information collected and organized in any book. This is original research. Martha and I are glad to share, but it is NOT to be used in any way for profit. We only request that we be given credit when it is used or passed on to others.
