My G.G.cousin GERTRUDE NEBEN married a JACK BOTTOMLEY in 1917.Jack was born 1895 in BETHNAL GREEN.I believe his father was an AUGUSTUS BOTTOMLEY
born approx.1852 in COPFORD ESSEX and married aKERIN HAPPACK born BETHNAL GREEN.Both AUGUSTUS and HORATIO are quite unusual names so it is possible they are related.
