The way I have it down is William Rissler(my 4th gr grandfather) married Susan Boone b 24 Oct 1802 in Kentucky. Susan is the daughter of Moses Boone and Hannah Boone. The Phebe Rissler you speak of was William's sister she married Susan Boone's brother Squire. Moses was the son of Squire Boone Jr.(the brother of Daniel). Hannah was the daughter of Samuel Boone and Jane Hughes.
William and Susan Rissler are both buried in the Boone-Hutchison Cemetery, someone recently put pix on ancestry.
There is also a larger stone in that cemetery that mentions Susan Boone as the wife of William Rissler. I find the stone facinating but confusing!
