I am in possession of several very old photographs that I believe belong to this family. The patriarch of this family was Ira Bishop and with his wife, Margaret McCann, had several children:

William Henry Bishop 1845 – 1925. This is my adoptive great grandfather. His son, Wilton Homer Bishop (1895 - 1945) adopted my father in Detroit in 1930.
