Isaac L. Berry born 1823, Ky, m. January 26, 1844 Franklin Co m. Harriet Owens b. 1824, Mo. Harriet Owens was the daughter of William Owens and Lucinda the founders of Washington, Franklin Co. Mo.
I don't find him on the images of the 1850 census. In administration letters of the county, I found an affidavit of October 19, 1846 stating that the heirs of Harriet Berry were Nancy Arrott, Elizabeth Berry, Judith Berry and Isaac L. Berry. Isaac Berry was appointed administrator of the estate of Harriet Berry, their mother.
In 1852, Isaac L. was elected as constable and collector of the city of Washington, Franklin Co. Mo. He is in the 1860 census of Franklin co. with his wife. His sister Elizabeth is in the 1850 census too as Elizabeth Jones (23 yr) with husband and child (1 yr).
Elizabeth (33 yr) is in the 1860 census of the said county with husband and child (11 yr) and her sister Judith (23 yr).
Where were Isaac L. (27 yr), Harriet, his wife (26 yr) and Judith Berry (13 yr) in 1850.
