Hi Anne, Thank you for responding. I have just this week received his death certificate and it states that his name is James Hamilton Campbell, b. August 6, 1874 and d.January 20, 1911. He is buried in Callensburg, PA. I can't make out where it says he died. It also states that his parents name are James Campbell and ( also hard to read, but it looks like) Jeannie McNichol, both born in Ireland. Is this of any help? Please let me know if you can add any more.
