I know you spelled your name BENNIGER, But could it be BENNINGER? My grandmother was born in Sligo, PA. Her mother was Susie Benninger, b.1878 and Susies parents were Robert A. Benninger and Elizabeth Best. There is suppose to be a lot of Benningers around the Apollo and Vandergrift PA area I'm told.
