I am a DAR from Stephen Beckham from Virginia. My mother joined the DAR so this is where my information comes from. I pretty much have my family traced from my family to stephen. However I have names and dates but not all....and absolutely no history which I would love to have. They were in Virginia and then N. Carolina and then they spread out to Tennessee and Missouri. My grandmothers family is from the Missouri Beckhams. According to my DAR papers Stephen Beckham was a patriot. It looks like it went from Stephen to Stephen to Leonard to William Carl to my grandmother Julia Etta Beckham Johnson her daughter Jewel Johnson Hamman and now my sister and I and our families. .
