A WELL KNOWN COUPLE MARRIED SUNDAY
On Sunday, September 18, occurred the marriage of Miss Ruth Stubblefield to Harry Beck. Both of these young folks live near Scotia and are very well and favorably known. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Jennie Stubblefield, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Beck. Both were residents of the Wallace Creek neighborhood.
The ceremony was solemnized at 3 o'clock in the afternoon at the M. E. Parsonage in Scotia, the Rev. G. A. Randall officiating. Only the immediate members of the two families were present.
Mr. and Mrs. Beck will make their home with Mrs. Stubblefield on her farm in Wallace Creek.
This young couple has many friends and acquaintances throughout this vicinity who join in wishing them happiness.
