I am researching Levi Beardsley, possibly born between 1800-1804 in NY and possibly died about 1863 in NY. His wife was Mary Spooner, daughter of Ruggles and Mary (Moffat) Spooner. Their children include Bradford, Rush, Catharine (Conant), Flint, Nash, Wayne and Grove. I have dna matches with 6 people who claim William Beardsley (1603-1661) as their ancestor, so I am fairly certain my Levi is a descendant of William. I just don't know how he is connected. Has anyone come across this family in their research? Thank you.
