I just received a marriage record for Joseph Bastedo and Mary Ann Hankinson.It establishes the link to Wolphert Gerretse Van Kouwenhoven through her father Kenneth Hankinson grandson of William Couwenhoven.
I haven't been able to find anything concerning the ancestors of Joseph Bastedo born 1818 in New Jersey.
