I recently visited the Washtenaw County (Michigan) Courthouse to transcribe a death certificate for a RAOGK.com request, and am posting it here in the event that it's of use to anyone else researching this family:

- Died at the age of 74 on 21 Nov 1996 at 2:44pm as an inpatient at St. Joseph Hospital in Superior Twp, MI.

- Cause of death: acute inferior wall myocardial infarction (hours) due to severe coronary artery disease (years); also suffered from renal failure

- Funeral arrangmens handled by Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home at 218 E. Main St in Milan, MI 48160

- Buried at London Cemetery in London Twp, MI
