I am looking for an Isaac Allyn who was married to Polly (Mary) - don't know marriage date, but believe they were born in Connecticut, lived in Durham, New York, then moved to Louisiana, where they obtained a "separation of bed and board." Isaac seems to have moved on, but leaving who I believe is his mother, M. K. Allyn (Mary Kendall Allyn) living with Polly. In Durham, New York, in Meeting House Hill Cemetery, there is found the grave of a child of Isaac and Polly Allyn, and four graves away there is a Capt. Ebenezer Allyn, died April 15, 1814, aged 51y. I believe this to be Isaac Allyn's father. Does any of this sound familiar to you??????
