I have Jakob Mohr born 1630 in Illingen, Germany, but dying in 1692 in Dem, Heerlen, Limburg, Netherlands. Just looking for a good reason why he would be almost 200 miles from home when it looks like the rest of his family was back in Illingen.

Work? Religious persecution? I do have some Mennonites who spent time in the Netherlands in the family, but they are all from Switzerland. Anything important going on in Heerlen at that time? Thanks in advance!
