Hi, Pat: thanks for your interesting input. I visited the city of Foggia, as well as the village of Roseto Valfortore in Foggia province, about 15 years ago. I was presented with a bottle of red wine from Foggia, and I therefore wonder if viniculture still exists anywhere in that province today, considering the drought you mentioned. Are Montalcino and Montepulciano in the region of Puglia also?
