Thankyou so much for all this wonderful help you are giving me with this family. :) I went back and looked at the handwritten info on the data sheet from North Dakota Historical Society, and it says the following under Annette's name:

Annetta (Petersen also spelled Peterson) Ugstad
birthdate: Jan 30,1843
birthplace:Svelvig, Norway
date came to USA: 1871 (so she did not come over with Paul as he came over in 1869)

When Paul immigrated to the USA, he changed his last name to UGSTAD - the farm name.

Their children (all born in North Dakota, USA)
