Elsie never had a middle name as far as I know and it's not listed on any documents I have including the Indi Electrol Role 1930. The connection to that Robert Gordon came about as Elsie had a photo taken when she was abt 16 by Vincent Kelly a well known photographer in Bendigo hence the Kangaroo Flat connection that family was living or came from there.

That's an issue I have with the Kentish connection that I have no information at all on the union between Robert (Joseph) Gordon and Mary Kentish let alone a birth cert for Elsie - not even BDM Australia wide has any knowledge of her (my grandfather her husband said she was adopted but who would know?? I only know them to be her parents as they are noted on her marriage and death certs.

I have come across another family tree that has Robert Gordon from Kangaroo Flat as Elsie's father, but unfortunately the mother is "private". I have contacted the owner but no luck with a reply. This is the closest I have come to breaking through the Kentish barrier only to hit a brick wall. I have been looking for the Kentish connection for 10 years plus!! No records appear to exist
and as the family disappeared after Elsie's death - no connection remains for me to personally contact.
