Good morning - I am also searching for Calders that probably left Edinburgh for Australia in probably late 1800's to early 1900's - my mothers cousin has just informed me that her mother always said there were relatives in Australia - my Calder line originated in Caithness and then in the 1860's ended up in Edinburgh - My grandfather and all his siblings were born in Edinburgh - Most came to Canada between 1912 - 1916 - one of my grandfathers brothers George Calder and a sister ( married name Love remained in Edinburgh - Your dates might be a little early for me but I would love to hear from you
