LOL Hansen,
Years ago people bought every cert there was just to confirm every detail but these days it seems "close enough is good enough".
If something doesn't add up people quite openly make up excuses for the difference and stick to their guns, no matter how unrealistic it sounds.
jinskipp or Cynthia,
The death certs for Robert and Emily probably wouldn't go far as no one seemed to know much 'fact ' about them.
Robert's death may/may not include his children's/wife's name and may/may not include correct place of birth or time in colony.
Emily's death cert should include the names of her children but won't have correct parents nor it seems correct time in colony.
A birth cert for one of the children born either NSW or VIC would be helpful though.
I think Emily was born late 1860 Worcestershire, to Henry b.1821 and Elizabeth b.1822.
Henry appears to die in 1862.
I see Emily's obit states she arrived 15yo with her parents/family but this is incorrect. (as we know per the marriage record and immigration record)
A birth cert should clear up the date/place of marriage.
