Chances are you cannot find information about Williams parents as there isn't much for that area (West Indies) available online here at Ancestry.
Google West Indies Genealogy and have a look around a few of the sites.
I see familysearch.org is supposed to have some records, maybe give it a try there (it is free and pretty reliable)
Try some of the sites that are specific to West Indies as they would be able to offer more help/advice than us here in Australia.
