My husbands great-great grandfather, Donald Macphee, came from Isley Scotland and founded the settlement between Horsecreek and Polecreek outside of Laramie in the late 1800's. It is now a private ranch so it won't show up on any map. We visited there 10 years ago and took pictures and movies of the ranch. We also found graves in the local cemetery. We have traced family history back to Scotland
