Funeral services will be held here Saturday for Samuel T. Wilson, 74, of 960 East Fifth Street, who died suddenly Wednesday at Des Moines, Ia., while visiting a sister.
The services will be conducted at the Schrader Funeral Home at 2 p.m. by the Rev. M.F. Newport of Hillsdale, Wyo., a retured Presbyterian minister. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery. The body will reach Cheyenne at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Wilson had been at Des Moines nearly two months visiting Mrs. Anitta Brodmarble, a sister. Stricken with influenza, he died shortly thereafter.
A native of Iowa, Wilson removed to Wyoming in 1908, locating on a ranch near Hillsdle. About a year ago he came to Cheyenne to reside. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Nancy M. Wilson; two daughters, a son and 13 grandchildren. Mrs. Fred Heil of Cheyenne and Mrs. Frank Miller of Hillsdate are the daughters, and the son, George L. Wilson, lives at Alhambra, Cal.
