Would some kind soul please do a lookup in WI 1850 census for a James Benjamin or Ambrose Benjamin. I found on the Roster of Wisconsin Volunteers (CW) where there was a James A. Benjamin residing in fond du Lac and Ambrose S. Benjamin resided in Waterford, WI. I'm seeking a James Benjamin family who had a daughter named Eva (b. abt. 1852). When Eva grew up, she named one of her children Ambrose.
