not sure if this George is related - I'm going to Assume that it is George b July 12, 1886 to CP Drinkwine and Almira Paine married to Gertrude in 1910 and living in Oshkosh.... Elmer, age 2 and newborn Arthur who died by the time of the newspaper article and a baby girl (Gertrude) born in 1912. George is living in a boarding house in 1920 married, and 1930 divorced..... the children are up in St Joseph's Orphan Asylum in Allouez.... (near Green Bay) in 1920...... children not found after that - adopted????

this article surfaced in the Oshkosh Northwestern November 24, 1913.....

By consent, the preliminary hearing
of George Drinkwine, charged with
non-support of his two minor children,
a daughter, 2 years of age, and a
son, 5 years, was continued in muni-
cipal court this afternoon until 2 o'clock
tomorrow afternoon. Drinkwine is a
prisoner at the county jail in default
of furnishing $300 bail.
