Just curious, I tried the DJCGS [Dodge-Jefferson County Genealogical Society] website <http://www.dodgejeffgen.com/>;
The Search button --- I used "Graves Harrison"--- leads to several references in a huge indexed newspaper clippings collection, which is kept in the society's library in Watertown WI. [Library hours are elsewhere on the website.]

One reference was to a Mary Jane Graves Harrison - I think it means she was listed in a newspaper article on 11-14-1845. [Their ref. # NC 58-V2, pg. 162]. The mystery: if yours was born 6 May 1852, was there another with her identical name?

There is an article including Henry James Harrison 's name on 3-02-1894, probably his obit? [Ref.# 1800-V4/R-58, pg. 274]

You can probably think of a few more names or terms to insert in the Search box, to narrow down the number of hits.

Using the 3-ring binders of these clippings in person is a real treat [one bit of info leads to another]. Even easier if you arrive at the library with a look-up list, gathered from the society's online index.

If you cannot research there in person, the volunteers can still be of help via mail or email.

Best of luck,
Barb Glassel
