Hi Diane, I'm looking for a Susanna Elizabeth Yole Buchhammer born Feb 24, 1875 in Russia, died in Canada. Susanna had a son, from what I understand his name was David Bernhardt.

David had stayed in Galka and ended up in the war about the time that Susanna and the children were leaving to find their way to Canada.. Don't know what happened after that.

Susanna had married George Holstein in 1904. Being that Holstein was from Galka, I'm assuming that's where they got married. George and Susanna had 3 children before leaving for Canada, they were Henry, Anne Elizabeth and Amalie.

Susanna was the aunt of Gelhorn's which immigrated to Canada as well.
