The 3 daughters that you mention are the daughters of Michael Jr., who had Michael's Tavern on the site of the existing Greenbrier Hotel and Resort in WV. It is in the book about the history of the Greenbrier (I obtained copy from Tamarack, Beckley, WV about 1 yr. ago.) Michael Jr. married Sarah Frances Carpenter, daughter of Kate Carpenter (Kate's Mountain across from the Greenbrier-site is named after her - it's also in the book).
