Mrs. Frederick M. Jones
Mrs. Eugenie M. Jones, 89, widow of Colonel Frederick M. Jones, retired Army officer, died Tuesday in Mountain View, California.
Mrs. Jones lived here with her husband from 1924 until 1943. He died in December 1943. He had served in the Spanish-American War.
Mrs. Jones is survived by a son, Henry C. Jones, retired Army Colonel, St. Petersburg, Florida; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel T. Jones, Palo Alto, California and Mrs. Elizabeth J. Goulett, Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Mrs. Eugenie M. Jones, 88, who died in Mountain View, California, after a long illness, will be held at 3 o’clock tomorrow at the fort Lawton Cemetery under the direction of the Home Undertaking Co.
Mrs. Jones was the wife of Colonel Frederick M. Jones, a retired Army officer who died here in 1943. She resided in Seattle from 1924 to 1944.
Survivors include a son, Henry C. Jones, St. Petersburg, Florida; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Treen Jones, Palo Alto, California and Mrs. Elizabeth J. Goulett, Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
